The Fear Of Being Honest

Author: Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Many individuals are sacrificing their integrity and indeed ultimately their health to the fear of being honest.

So what do I mean by this?

Well if you remember the last time you backed off from saying what you really felt in you heart about something and instead did the "politically correct thing" I ask you to reflect on what the consequences to you of doing just that was.

If you get right into this experience of "political correctness" I think you will find yourself starting to feel constricted, tensed up, tired, frustrated, less than your genuine self, like a fraud, fearful, vulnerable, perhaps vulnerable to being found out, depleted of energy and so on.

Now notice what any of that does to your self esteem, your self confidence, your self worth and ultimately to your sense of personal integrity.

Well if any of you are with me so far you'll understand that this is NOT where you wish to be.

So what is keeping your there? Well the fear of being honest.

You see deep in the unconscious mind is a series of negative and illogical beliefs that you have become conditioned with from your early life that act against you even when you are not aware of them. Its much like living in a straight jacket without knowing it.

You see the hidden "illogical belief" is that this fear is somehow keeping you feeling safe, secure, liked by others and therefore is supposed to make you happy, peaceful and is supposed to enhance you self esteem and so on.

Clearly this isn't happening though is it?

Yet you feel strangely trapped by this fear, don't you?

Well if you 'd like to reclain the rights to your integrity and your life kindly visit the web link below.
