People need to have a feeling of trust and legitimacy with your products and services. People that are new to the industry of network marketing are primarily looking for unique and legitimate products that are value added. They are likely to look at the products first and the income opportunity second. So how exactly do your earn a prospects trust through the product or service you provide?
I say samples, samples, and more samples. If your interest lies in nutritional products you will want to see if the business opportunity your looking at provides a cost effective or free sampling system. Another great way to earn a prospects trust through the product is by offering a money back guarantee. Many companies have 30 to 90 day money back guarantees. This helps to show the confidence that your company has in their products and services. Make sure that the company your looking at has a no hassle money back guarantee.
Testimonials and celebrity endorsements are also another great way to show a prospect or customer how credible your products and opportunity are. Gatorade and Nikee have been very successful in creating a brand name for themselves through celebrity sports endorsements. When people think of hydration drinks they immediately think of Gatorade. When you hear the word Nikee you think sports or Tiger Woods. Celebrity endorsers are careful to make sure that the products and services they represent have merit. They have much to loose by endorsing a bogus product or service.
Keep in mind that many of the prospects and customers you come into contact with are faced with thousands of choices. They must weed out the scams from the more legit home based opportunities. It can be a very daunting task since many have already been pre-programmed that network marketing is a scam. Can you provide your prospects with instant credibility?
